A supported browser, internet access, a valid email address, and the ability to open and retain common HTML or PDF records are generally required.
The customer must affirmatively consent and reasonably demonstrate the ability to access the electronic format used.
Procedures for requesting paper copies or withdrawing consent must be stated. Withdrawal may affect online delivery but does not invalidate prior electronic records.
Customers must keep email and phone information current. Electronic delivery is not effective when the company knows the address is invalid and applicable law requires another method.
